1. Dial-Up customer's invoices are sent out approximately 1-2 weeks before the due date. The invoice will be sent to a contact email address or to the mailing address depending on the method selected at time of sign up. Broadband customer's invoices are sent out on the due date and the customer has 15 days to pay before the late fee is effective. The invoice will be sent to a contact email address or to the mailing address depending on the method selected at time of sign up.

2. Late fees are applied if the payment is not received within 15 days after the due date.

3. A mail statement is an invoice that gets mailed to an address for a $2.00 fee while an email statement is free to any contact email address.

4. You can check your email from the Webmail link located at the left side of the screen. If you are a dial up customer you will need to enter in your full email address for the username and then your password. If you are a broadband customer you will need to enter in only your username and password.You also have the option of using Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, etc.

5. Microsoft Outlook:

Open Microsoft Outlook, click on Tools, click on E-mail Accounts, Select Add a new e-mail account, click next, click add, select POP3, and click next.
The following information needs to be entered according to which type of customer you are.

Dial Up Users:
Your Name: This will be the name that others see when they receive a message from you.
E-mail Address: username@banyanol.net
User Name: The name that you selected at time of sign up (username@banyanol.net).
Password: The password that you selected at time of sign up.
Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.banyanol.net
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.banyanol.net

Broadband Users:
Your Name: This will be the name that others see when they receive a message from you.
E-mail Address: username@banyanol.com
User Name: The name that you selected at time of sign up.
Password: The password that you selected at time of sign up.
Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.banyanol.com

Click Next and Click Finish. Your email address is now set up and ready to use.

Outlook Express:

Open Outlook Express, click on Tools, click on Accounts, click on Mail tab, and click Add mail.
